1. How much does storage cost per month in Portland?
Plans run from $199 a month for a studio (1 vault) to $899 a month for a three-bedroom (6 vaults), with sizes in between. Each vault holds 245 cubic feet.
2. How is this different from a regular self-storage unit?
With self-storage, you rent a truck, haul everything to a unit, and repeat the trip to get it back. We do the moving part: our crew picks up at your door, QR-tags and inventories each item, stores it in a vault, and delivers it when you schedule a return. You skip the truck rental and the two rounds of heavy lifting.
3. Can I get just a few items back without emptying the whole vault?
Yes. Because every item is QR-coded against your inventory list, you can ask for specific pieces, the ski gear, a particular dresser, a box of files, and we pull just those for a delivery. You do not have to take everything back at once.
4. How are the vaults protected?
Our vaults are secured, access-controlled, and monitored facilities, kept dry, which matters in the Portland climate. We run regular pest checks, since damp and pests are the two things that quietly ruin stored belongings, and wood furniture, electronics, and sensitive items are wrapped and protected before they go into storage.
5. Is my stuff insured while it is in storage?
Storage coverage protects against things like theft, vandalism, and weather, but standard policies usually exclude neglect, ordinary wear, and rodent damage. Check what your homeowner or renter policy already covers, and talk to your coordinator about added coverage if you want it.
